Man begs for help in police car; officer ignores him until he passes away

A man in police custody pleaded for help in police car, but a female officer ignored him, claiming he was faking it. Moments later, he passed away.

This was captured in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter).

In the video, the man is seen handcuffed in the passenger seat of a police vehicle.

As the car moves, he engages in a conversation with the officer, telling her he is unable to move.

Later in the video, he can be heard saying, "I can't move, I'm passing out," before losing consciousness.

Despite his distress, the officer continued questioning him, asking for his name and address while telling him he was still going to jail.

She also accused him of pretending, saying he should "stop playing."

As the video circulated online, concerned individuals flooded the comment section to express their outrage and share their thoughts.

See some reactions below:

@Allstarr1T: "WHY ARE WOMEN IN LAW ENFORCEMENT."

@SeTaDooN: "The thing is, these cops see these other clowns pass out, play dead, say I can't breathe probably dozens of times a week. It's kind of a boy who cried wolf situation. The other boys crying wolf being the other criminals not actually being in distress. Cost this man his life."

@CH2ActionNews: "Two things can be true at the same time. Women should not be cops and it is highly likely that he ODed and couldn't be saved anyway."

@Lashayekay: "She didn't even give a fuck enough to perform CPR correctly. She wanted him to die."

@MohFitX: "I bet the handcuffs were on too tight. Too many dumb bitch ass officers who let anger and ego get to their head and tighten those things to the point it cuts off blood circulation."

@MadMadViking: "Tragic, and she should have checked on him, but this is the result of every black person who is arrested doing some variation of the "I Can't Breathe" skit."

@SchamaNoel: "Having empathy isn't a requirement for becoming a cop, if it was..something as basic as him saying he was gonna pass out wouldn't be such an inconvenience for her."
