A Nigerian man has expressed outrage after discovering that his MacBook Pro and PlayStation 5 were stolen from his bag at the airport upon his arrival in Nigeria.

The incident was shared in a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), where the man posted a video detailing the situation.

According to him, when he checked in for his flight, airline staff confirmed that the MacBook Pro was in his bag, as indicated by the scan of his luggage.

However, upon retrieving his bag after landing, he discovered that the bag had been tampered with.

He stated that the bags had been forcibly opened, and the MacBook Pro was missing.

His statement: "This is my bag, a MacBook Pro was removed from here. This lady scanned it. When I left Cape Town, my bag weighed over 19 kg. Now it's about 13 kg. I'm doing this as evidence in case of legal purposes."

He added, "They opened this bag as well. Both bags were locked and tied. Now they're telling me that's how it came."
