The bout, which captivated fans and sparked heated discussions across social media, saw Portable dominate the ring, solidifying his reputation as the reigning champion of Nigeria's celebrity boxing scene.

The longstanding feud between Portable and Speed Darlington, fueled by public spats and personal insults, reached its climax in a spectacle that drew thousands of spectators and countless online viewers.

Tensions had escalated after Speed Darlington reportedly offered Portable N500,000 to perform at his event, an amount Portable deemed insulting, sparking a war of words that culminated in the boxing challenge.

Both artists hyped the event with intense training videos and verbal jabs, with Speed Darlington vowing to "throw" Portable out of the ring and Portable boasting of an easy win, referencing his previous victory over Nollywood actor Charles Okocha in a similar celebrity bout in December 2023.

From the opening bell, Portable showcased his physical prowess and surprising boxing acumen. Displaying sharp footwork and aggressive tactics, he overwhelmed Speed Darlington in the first round, landing a series of heavy punches.

By the end of the round, Speed Darlington, visibly shaken, was unable to continue, refusing to stand for the second round, prompting the referee to call a TKO in Portable's favour.

Videos circulating online captured Speed Darlington leaving the ring with a bandaged hand, reportedly nursing a broken right hand, while Portable celebrated with his newly awarded belt, declaring himself the undisputed "King of the Streets."
