Many feared dead as gunmen attack another community in Otukpo

Several persons are feared dead following another deadly attack on Emichi village in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State.

We gathered that the attackers stormed the community around 2:00 pm on Wednesday, shooting indiscriminately at residents.

It was learnt that terrified residents fled for safety as no security personnel were on ground to intervene at the time of the attack.

The incident is coming barely 24 hours after 11 persons were gruesomely killed in Otobi-Akpa by suspected herdsmen.
