"Akpabio was not only corrupt, he was also abusing women" - Atiku Abubakar

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio of having a track record of abusing women

Atiku laid these accusations out during an interview with journalist Adesuwa Giwa-Osagie on the program Untold Stories.

A snippet of the interview that has gone viral online shows Atiku Abubakar describing the Senate president as corrupt. According to him, Akpabio was not only corrupt when he was governor but also fond of abusing women.

"I was not surprised because I know the leadership is corrupt, and I do not apologize. They could do anything. The Senate President is known for such behavior, even during his tenure as governor. He was corrupt when he was a governor. Not only was he corrupt but he was also in the habit of abusing women". Atiku said during the interview.
