Victor Osimhen delivered a masterclass performance, netting a hat-trick for Galatasaray in a 4-0 thrashing of Antalyaspor at Rams Park on Friday evening.
The Nigerian striker opened the scoring on the half-hour mark, before handing a penalty over to Alvaro Morata, who doubled the lead from the spot.
Just before halftime, Osimhen struck again, putting Galatasaray in full control.
He completed his hat-trick seven minutes into the second half, taking his season tally to an astonishing 31 goal contributions-26 goals and five assists in 30 appearances across all competitions.
Osimhen's red-hot form has drawn interest from top European clubs, with Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) reportedly eyeing a summer move for the 26-year-old.
Beyond club football, Osimhen has been named in Nigeria's 23-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
Super Eagles manager Eric Chelle will be banking on his goal-scoring form to boost Nigeria's qualification hopes.
