Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, recently shared a remarkable testimony about how divine intervention prevented him from traveling to Pakistan, ultimately saving him from a dangerous setup.
During a sermon, Suleman revealed that he had meticulously planned a crusade in Pakistan, sending all necessary arrangements ahead. However, while praying on a Saturday for the upcoming Sunday service, the Holy Spirit spoke to him, saying, "You are not going to Pakistan."
Despite his scheduled flight for Sunday night, he obeyed the instruction and immediately informed Reverend Kingsley, who was supposed to accompany him, that he would now be the one preaching. Kingsley, whose face was already on the crusade poster, left for Pakistan on Monday while Suleman remained behind.
To Suleman's shock, two weeks later, he discovered the reason behind God's directive. A local Pakistani pastor had allegedly been collecting money from people, promising them private meetings with Suleman upon his arrival. However, when Suleman didn't show up, those deceived by the pastor demanded their money back, leading to a confrontation.
The situation escalated to the Christian body in Pakistan, where it was revealed that if Suleman had arrived, he would have been framed. A plan had been hatched to plant drugs in his luggage at the airport, ensuring his arrest and detention.
Reflecting on the ordeal, Suleman expressed gratitude for God's foresight. "Just imagine if they had done that and taken my picture. If I said, 'I don't know,' they would tell me to shut up. But God saw ahead!" he said.
His testimony serves as a powerful reminder of divine protection and the importance of obeying God's voice.
