You are lost' - Yul Edochie tells those who know Bible characters but don't know their ancestors

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has described those who know all characters of the Bible but have zero knowledge of their ancestors as Lost.

He opined this in a statement on Sunday, urging Nigerians to explore their ancestry and lineage.

Edochie noted that people who know nothing about the exploits of their ancestors, great grandmothers and fathers, should be ashamed of their selves.

He wrote,

"If you're an African, and you know all about Peter, Paul, Joseph in the Bible and the people of Israel, and yet you know nothing about your village, your ancestors, your lineage, the exploits of your great grandfathers and grandmothers, you should be ashamed of yourself.

You're lost.
