A mother has shared a heartbreaking story of losing her newborn baby just hours after receiving a congratulatory letter from her sister.
In a video posted on her TikTok page, the grieving mother is seen calmly reading the heartfelt letter, unaware of the tragedy that would soon unfold.
The emotional clip reveals that only hours after receiving the letter, her newborn son tragically passed away.
She captioned the video: "Reading this letter, not knowing my son would die the same day."
In response to inquiries about the cause of her baby's death, she explained, "Laid him on his stomach, which caused SIDS."
The letter from her sister, filled with love and blessings, read in part:
"Good morning. I heard you gave birth to a bouncing baby boy-congratulations! I wish you well and pray that all your heart desires come true. How is your business? I hope you are making lots of profit."
"How is my in-law? I hope he is doing well too. The purpose of my letter is to congratulate you. Motherhood is not easy, but I'm sure you are proud to be called a mother. I wish you and your baby a lifetime of joy. Once again, congratulations."
