Following the recent executive order signed by President Donald Trump restoring maximum pressure sanctions on the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the expression of readiness by President Trump to negotiate with Tehran over its nuclear program, the Iranian President, queried if President Trump was really ready to negotiate with the Iranian nation over its nuclear program why he did he restored maximum pressure on Iran.
The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, while speaking at the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution at Tehran's Azadi Square, said, "They call us terrorists, yet they themselves are the terrorists; Iran is, rather, a victim of terrorism. Trump says he wants to negotiate, yet at the same time, he signs a document [ordering] all kinds of plots to bring the Islamic Revolution to its knees. They say they want to negotiate, but if you truly intended to negotiate, why did you commit these follies?"
President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that the Iranian nation would resist all of the conspiracies of enemies of Tehran including the Government of the United States of America, the Israeli regime, and other Western countries across the world under the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran under the leadership of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei. He also emphasized that the enemies of Iran would take all of their evil plots against Iran to their dreams and aspirations to the grave.
The Iranian President went further to preach that if the good citizens of Iran stand together, they could overcome all challenges, and the administration of the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump would only dream of bringing the Iranian nation down following the recent executive order signed by President Donald Trump restoring maximum pressure sanctions on the Islamic Republic of Iran.
