Self-acclaimed financial expert, GehGeh opens up on his experience on the Honest Bunch Podcast, aiming to shed light on certain misconceptions and internal dynamics of the show.
These revelations come amidst a public dispute between social media critic VeryDarkMan and comedian DeeOne. Deeone's accusation led to heated exchanges between the two personalities, further intensifying the controversy surrounding the Honest Bunch Podcast.
GehGeh, however, observed that Nedu Wazobia, a prominent figure on the podcast, was not its owner but was contracted to host.
Addressing allegations that the Honest Bunch Podcast is scripted, GehGeh refuted these claims, stating that the show thrives on controversy and provocative questions because, in his view, the average Nigerian audience is more drawn to sensational content than to quality information.
In his advice to Kokopee, GehGeh cautioned against close association with VeryDarkMan, warning that any personal information shared with him could be used against one in future disputes.
GehGeh's observation about the Honest Bunch Podcast
"When I go that podcast, I see wetin shock me and I wan expose that thing. When I went there, I observed Nedu wasn't the owner of the podcast; he was on contract. He didn't resign, he was sacked! That day I was interviewed, the owner of the podcast was one of the camera crew.
"He only employed Nedu to work there. This is why I tell business owners not to associate their brand with one person for a long time. This is the same thing BBNaija is doing with Ebuka. To everyone saying Honest Bunch Podcast is scripted, it is a lie.
"Honest Bunch podcast capitalizes on negativity, and controversy and focuses on stupid questions because an average Nigeria is not interested in quality information. my advice to Kokopee na to avoid Verydarkman because he practices, 'no permanent friend and enemy'. Whenever you have issues with him, he would use everything you've told him against you."
