EPL: Arne Slot, two players sent off after Liverpool held to 2-2 draw at Everton

Liverpool manager, Arne Slot, was among the three sent off following a feisty end to their game at Everton on Wednesday night.

The Reds seemed to have all three points in the back after Mohamed Salah reacted quickest inside the box to slam the ball past Jordan Pickford.

Beto had given the hosts an early lead in the final Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park.

Four minutes later, Alexis MacAllister headed in the equalizer, as both sides went into the break level.

But James Tarkowksi lashed in an incredible 98th-minute volley to ensure the game ended 2-2.

Abdoulaye Doucoure and Curtis Jones both saw red in the melee that followed the final whistle as raw emotion engulfed the stadium.

Slot was also sent off for his complaints towards referee Michael Oliver.

Doucoure will miss Everton's next league game against Crystal Palace, while Slot and Jones are suspended for the visit of Wolves this weekend.
