Former Arsenal winger, Theo Walcott, has picked two teenagers in the current squad among the five best young players in the Premier League.
Walcott feels Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly are among the best youngsters around.
The Gunners' recent good run of form has been partly due to the enthusiasm and energy provided by the two latest gems to emerge from the Hale End Academy.
Both players scored in the 5-1 win over Manchester City in the Premier League last Sunday.
Walcott has said he is delighted to manager Mikel Arteta put his faith in the next generation.
"Ethan Nwaneri for me has started his career very handsomely," Walcott told BBC Sport.
"Myles Lewis-Skelly has come into his own, they're players who are here to stay at Arsenal and it's great to see young talent coming through.
"It's very similar to the Arsene Wenger era when he used to bring young talent, so Mikel Arteta is doing something right and the academy too."
Walcott also picked Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, Ipswich striker Liam Delap and Bournemouth's Milos Kerkez, as the young players that have impressed this campaign.
