Former Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro has turned down the chance to take charge of Turkish Super Lig club, Kayserispor.
Peseiro, according to Portuguese news outlet, A Bola, took the decision after holding talks with Kayserispor officials.
The 64-year-old's decision may be connected with the club's current status.
The club is also going through financial crisis and is on a run of five games without a win (four defeats and one draw).
Kayserispor currently occupy 17th position on the table with 16 points.
They have also been banned from registering new players in the next three transfer windows.
Peseiro has been a free agent since leaving his role with the Super Eagles in February 2024.
