Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola has confirmed major injury blow ahead of their UEFA Champions League tie with Club Brugge on Wednesday and their Premier League clash with Arsenal on Sunday.
According to Guardiola, winger, Jeremy Doku will miss Man City's Champions League decider against Brugge, and the Belgium international is an injury doubt for the Premier League clash against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium
Doku missed Man City's Champions League 4-2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain last week and also Saturday's Premier League 3-1 win over Chelsea.
Guardiola was hoping to have Doku back at his disposal to face Brugge and Arsenal after he missed back-to-back games.
But the Spaniard is now expected to be without 22-year-old dynamic winger for 'a while'.
Asked how long Doku will be out for action, Guardiola said at his post-match interview after Man City defeated Chelsea:
"A while. I don't know how much. But a while.
"He will not be ready for Wednesday for sure, I don't think. For Arsenal, we will see."
Doku joined Man City in the summer of 2023 from Rennes for £55m.
