Manchester United's senior team might be in a bit of a standstill in the transfer window, but the academy scene is hustling and bustling with activity.
There have been multiple loans and recalls for the youngsters, with the likes of Joe Hugill being recalled from Wigan and then sent on loan to Carlisle.
Ethan Ennis has gone to Doncaster and has already started impressing, while Ethan Williams will spend the rest of the season in Cheltenham Town.
They have now been joined on the loan list by another exciting youngster who moves away from the club for the first loan spell of his career.
Jack Kingdon joins Rochdale on loan
Man, Utd's U18 team from last season might become material for "where they are now" in a few years' time because they had a history-making season.
With three trophies, it has shaped into one of the most exciting crop of youngsters from the academy in a long time which makes Jack Kingdon all the more impressive.
That is because he was the captain of that all-conquering side, starting 20 out of the 24 league games and being the backbone of the team's defence.
Kingdon signed professional terms with United last summer and is now moving to Rochdale in the National League for the first loan spell of his career.
United confirmed the same in their official release, with Rochdale welcoming the player on their official website as well.
The club from Manchester are sixth in the National League, right amongst the playoff hopefuls so Kingdon will get plenty of experience in a high-pressure environment where every game has something at stake.
Chido Obi and more react to Kingdon's loan
Upon the confirmation of the move, Kingdon went on Instagram and posted a picture of himself holding the Rochdale scarf with the caption:
"Excited to join [Rochdale] on loan for the remainder of the season. Can't wait to get started. Up the Dale!"

Responses flooded in from his Man Utd academy teammates, with everyone from Jack Fletcher to Chido Obi reacting to the move.
Ethan Wheatley, who sealed a first loan recently to Walsall, said, "Yes you!", while Sam Mather wished him good luck.
Chido Obi reacted with a clapping emoji and Shea Lacey reacted with two. Gabriele Biancheri, recently injured, sent him a heart emoji and a fire emoji.
Kingdon could make his Rochdale debut on January 28 when the club hosts Boston United in a game they will be expected to win.
