If Seyi Tinubu Decides to Run for Governorship, I'm Going to Campaign for Him- VeryDarkMan

According to report, social media personality Martins Otse, widely recognized as VeryDarkMan, has publicly declared his support for Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, in the upcoming 2027 Lagos gubernatorial race.

In a video shared on Instagram, VeryDarkMan expressed his belief that Seyi's candidacy could usher in a transformative period for Nigerian politics.

He emphasized that Seyi represents a new wave of leadership, where younger individuals will take up political positions, signaling a shift away from the older, established political figures.

At 39 years old now, Seyi will be 42 by the time the election takes place, potentially making him the youngest governor in the history of Lagos State.

VeryDarkMan pointed out that Seyi seems to follow a political style similar to that of his father, President Bola Tinubu, who is known for strategically placing loyal supporters in key political positions.

He speculated that Seyi, like his father, has already built a network of loyalists, particularly younger people who are often more adaptable and easier to manage.

This network, according to VeryDarkMan, could prove crucial in Seyi's campaign and eventual governance.

The social media influencer also shared his vision that Seyi's leadership could open doors for the rise of younger politicians throughout Lagos and the entire nation.

He strongly believes that the emergence of such figures is necessary for the political future of the country.

In his endorsement, VeryDarkMan stated, "If Seyi Tinubu decides to run for governorship... I'm going to campaign for him. I don't do politics but I'll do politics because of Seyi Tinubu."

He added, "According to my assessment, Seyi Tinubu is the key to achieving something I desire, something I believe will help Nigeria progress."

Through these remarks, VeryDarkMan emphasized that he views Seyi as a potential driver of change in Nigeria's political system, aligning with his own hopes for the nation's future.
