Manchester United fans dropped their two cents on Altay Bayindir after the Turkish shot-stopper's performance against Arsenal in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday.
The Red Devils entered the 2024-25 campaign as the defending FA Cup title holders after their stunning triumph against Manchester City in the 2024 final at Wembley.
However, Manchester United are without Erik ten Hag for the start of their FA Cup title defence this season, with the Dutchman axed as Red Devils boss last October.
Ruben Amorim took his place in the Old Trafford dugout after succeeding Erik ten Hag and the United manager has had a mixed start to life in England.
United travelled to the Emirates on Sunday afternoon and have been winless in their last five matches across all competitions ahead of the Arsenal clash.
But Ruben Amorim's men bounced back from four consecutive defeats in all competitions in December 2024 with a superb display in a 2-2 draw against Liverpool last Sunday.
Bayindir starts for Man Utd vs Arsenal
Ruben Amorim made the big call to switch out Manchester United No 1 Andre Onana for Altay Bayindir for Sunday's clash at the Emirates against Arsenal.
Altay Bayindir, who was signed by Erik ten Hag in 2023 from Fenerbahce, has played second fiddle to Andre Onana and played sporadically for United since his signing.
The 26-year-old Turkish shot-stopper has made three appearances in the Carabao Cup and Bayindir had a nightmare performance in the 4-3 defeat to Tottenham.
Bayindir struggled in the first half at times and showed vulnerabilities, with the former Fenerbahce 'keeper poorly distributing the ball with his feet.
The Turkey international's performance took another interesting turn in the second half after Diogo Dalot picked up a second booking and was sent off.

Bruno Fernandes broke the deadlock in the second half for United, but Arsenal found the equaliser only two minutes after the Red Devils were reduced to 10 men.
Gabriel Martinelli's cross into the United box was poorly dealt with by Bayindir, who opted to punch the ball straight into the air.
Arsenal defender Gabriel then managed to hit a volley past the United 'keeper at the Emirates thanks to the help of a deflection.
Bayindir turned his performance around late in the second half after he denied Martin Odegaard from the spot-kick and kept the scoreline level in the 72nd minute.
Man Utd fans react to Bayindir's display vs Arsenal
Red Devils fans on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, claimed Bayindir turned into a "prime" version of United legend David de Gea in the second half.
"That's David de Gea 2018 away to Sevilla. My goodness, [has] Bayindir redeemed himself after the shocker earlier in the season against Spurs?" one Red Devils supporter said.
Another X user wrote: "Bayindir channelling prime De Gea there."
A third tweeted: "Altay Bayindir was watching old David De Gea clips at [half-time]. Breathtaking second half."
"There's [sic] signs of a really good 'keeper in Bayindir. Gives me De Gea vibes," someone else commented.
While a fifth asked: "Altay Bayindir or prime De Gea?"
And a sixth posted: "This referee has unlocked a 2017 De Gea in Bayindir."
"Bayindir replicating De Gea's 2019 performance," another added.
Somebody else suggested: "That is the Bayindir I have always wanted to see. Top class save. Reminiscent of only what David de Gea can do."
