According to his post, on his first day at work, his African supervisor asked about his background.

The man revealed that he was pursuing a master's degree in cybersecurity and was working as a cleaner temporarily before securing a job in his field.

The supervisor then reported this information to the manager, who subsequently terminated his employment.

In his post, he wrote: "I was working as a cleaner one time. On my first day, the woman (African) supervising me asked about my background."

"I told her I was doing my Master's in cybersecurity and only working as a cleaner temporarily before finding a job in my field. She reported me to the Manager straight away."

He continued, "The manager came looking for me and told me she doesn't think I can do the job. In the end, they chased me away 😂😂 We are killing ourselves as Africans."

The post sparked widespread reaction, with concerned individuals flooding the comments section to share their thoughts.
