Man Utd are reportedly preparing to cash in on Marcus Rashford despite a bright start under Ruben Amorim.
Manchester United could cash in on Marcus Rashford as early as the January transfer window after agreeing that he isn't unsellable, according to reports. The Red Devils are reportedly ready to offload the homegrown hero, which would hand Ruben Amorim's rebuild budget an almighty boost.
The Portuguese tactician has used Rashford in all five of his opening games as United boss but has named him in his starting lineup just twice.
Rashford has scored three times, including a brace in the 4-0 win against Everton, averaging a goal every 84 minutes under the new regime.
However, Rasmus Hojlund appears to be Amorim's first-choice striker, while Alejandro Garnacho has retained his regular starting berth alongside undroppable captain Bruno Fernandes.
Amorim will be keen to start moulding the squad in his vision as early as January but faces financial restrictions imposed by the Premier League and UEFA's rules.
United are on thin ice due to mounting debt placed on the club by the Glazer family and recruiting £600million worth of players for Erik ten Hag in just over two years.
