A trending video that has left folks with mixed reactions shows the two men in the middle of a heated discussion.
According to reports, the two men were alleged to be mentally unstable, and their dressing gave credence to the fact.
What appears to leave many puzzled was the fact the two men seemed to understand each other as they were spotted conversing.
In the video, the other kept gesticulating and speaking, while the other looked on, and nodding in agreement.
