A man tragically passed away after being hit by two cars while crossing the road at night dressed entirely in black.
The incident was shared on TikTok by a woman who identified herself as the late man's friend.
She explained that her friend's choice of dark clothing likely contributed to the accident, as it made him less visible to drivers.
In a heartfelt warning to the public, she wrote: "Please don't wear black on the street at night. People think it will never happen to them until it does."
Her post quickly garnered attention, with numerous people flooding the comments to share their condolences and opinions.
