Lady slams critics urging Pashotah to leave Egungun over cheating scandal

Fortune Okoye, a Nigerian social media commentator, has criticized netizens urging Pashotah, the wife of content creator Egungun of Lagos, to leave her husband amid cheating controversy.

The scandal erupted after a blackmailer allegedly tried to extort Pashotah with private videos of Egungun, one of which was leaked online.

In the video, Egungun was seen on a video call with an unidentified woman, exposing himself and sparking widespread criticism.

In response to the uproar, Fortune Okoye defended Pashotah's decision to remain silent and urged the public to stop pressuring her to divorce.

"Wetin concern all of you? Is it your husband's gbola that is outside? So, what is your business?" Okoye questioned in a viral video.

"She said both of them don tey together and most of the time, na she dey shoot their videos. Now wey God don butter their bread, you say make she divorce am. If she wan divorce am, na you go make decision for am? Na you join them together? Were you there when they were suffering? For this T-Pain era make she leave am? Go where? Come your house? Make una rest!" she added.
