Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj love African culture - Davido

Nigerian music star Davido has revealed that his American counterparts Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj hold Africa in high regard.

According to him, both artists have a deep appreciation for the continent's music and culture.

Speaking in a recent interview with Hot 107.9 FM in Atlanta, Davido shared that Brown and Minaj prefer incorporating Afrobeats into their collaborations with him rather than sticking to Western styles.

"My recent collaboration with Nicki Minaj, 'If It's Okay,' has a lot of Afrobeats influence because she wanted full African flavor on it. These days, foreign artists want to do our musical styles, so it is easier for me to work with them," he said.
