North Korean troops join Russian forces as NATO chief speaks up in Greece

During his Athens visit Mark Rutte the new NATO chief made some eye-opening statements about what's happening in Ukraine. The situation gets more complex as Russia brings thousands of North-Korean soldiers to help them fight
