According to a report, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has admitted he is not proud of his fiery dressing room outbursts but confessed he struggles to control his emotions in the heat of the moment.
Guardiola's intense side is highlighted in a preview of City's upcoming documentary, Together: 4-In-A-Row. In one clip, the 53-year-old is seen passionately addressing his players, saying: "That's why no one has done four Premier Leagues in a row! Because it's so difficult!"
The 90-minute documentary also captures moments when his frustration peaked, particularly during matches against Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace. These incidents included Rodri receiving a red card against Forest and Phil Foden conceding a late penalty against Palace, which left Guardiola visibly upset in the dressing room.
Reflecting on these episodes, Guardiola said, "I'm not proud of my behavior sometimes, especially after a game when emotions are high, and I let my anger affect the players. I'm human and make mistakes, but I don't like reacting that way. Being down to 10 men or conceding unnecessary penalties can make it difficult to stay composed."
