Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes has questioned his old club for missing out to sign Cole Palmer when he left Manchester City to join Chelsea.
Palmer was sold in the summer of 2023 because of extreme competition at Man City.
The England international quickly established himself as one of the best players in the Premier League after joining Chelsea.
The 22-year-old scored 25 goals last season and already has 12 goals so far this season for the Blues.
"Cole Palmer's been brilliant, hasn't he? I think he's brilliant," Scholes said on The Overlap.
"He's a big United fan as well. How did we miss him? We wouldn't be 14th in the league if he'd come!
"Cole Palmer is a brilliant player - talent, goals, assists - he's got everything."
