Earlier today being Friday the 1st day of November, 2024 Manchester United announced Portuguese tactician, Ruben Amorim as their head coach.
Recall that few days ago, the Red Devil's sacked Dutch tactician, Erik Ten Hag after a run of poor performances and they have announced Ruben Amorim as his replacement.
Following the official announcement of Amorim as the Red Devil's new head coach, The English Premier League took to their official facebook page to share a throwback photo of the Portuguese tactician walking out with Braga to face Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League in 2013 and they revealed in the caption of the post that he's not a stranger to Old Trafford.

In one of the slide above, Amorim could be clearly spotted walking out with Braga to face United in the UEFA Champions League back in 2013. He faced the Red Devil's as a player back in 2013 and 11 years later, he will be standing on the touchline as the club's first team coach, football is indeed unpredictable.
Ruben Amorim is considered as one of the finest coach in Europe with a 74 win percentage. He has been instrumental for Sporting CP ever since he took charge of the club some couple of years ago and we hope he replicate that same form at the theater of dreams.
