UCL Team Of the Week: Three Real Madrid players and One Barcelona player were included in the list.

The panel of the UEFA Champions League has finally unveiled the official team of the week for match-week 3. The players on each position were voted in by the fans due to their impressive performances in this match-week.

In my view, The eleven players that made the official team of the week fully deserves it due to their superb displays for their respective clubs.

Here is the official UEFA Champions League team of the week;

Goalkeeper;

The Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois who made numerous saves during their comeback victory over Borussia Dortmund made the list.

Center backs;

The Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger who scored a goal during their 5 - 2 win over Borussia Dortmund made the list and was paired alongside AC Milan's Mateo Gabbia in the center-back position.

Full backs;

The AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez who recorded an assist during their home victory over Club Brugge was named in the left-back position while PSG's Achraf Hakimi was named as right-back.

Central Midfielders;

The Manchester City midfielder Mattheus Nunes who recorded one goal and two assists during their massive victory over Sparta Prague made the list and was paired alongside AC Milan's Tijjani Reijnders in the central-midfield position.

The Manchester City playmaker Phil Foden was named in the attacking-midfield position.

Wingers;

The duo of Vinicius Junior and Raphinha who recorded three goals for their respective teams were named in the wings-position.

Attacker;

The Manchester City striker Erling Haaland who recorded two goals during their home victory over Sparta Prague was named in the center-forward position.
