Former US President Donald Trump has expressed concerns over the recent leak of highly classified Israeli military documents, suggesting that the leak may have originated from the US Department of Defense.

Trump Says 'Israel No Longer Wants to Share Docs with US' After Classified Israeli Strike Plan Leaks

In a post on his Truth Social platform on Tuesday, Trump warned that the leak has compromised Israel's wartime strategy and could severely affect intelligence-sharing between the US and Israel, as reported by Jerusalem Post.

"Israel has been seriously damaged and compromised by this. Wartime strategy and data. Probably came from Defense Department. MUST FIND THE LEAKER!" Trump wrote. He added that Israel may be hesitant to share sensitive information with the US in the future, stating, "Israel no longer wants to share documents with US, and who can blame them!"

The leak, which first surfaced on the Iran-linked Telegram channel "Middle East Spectator," allegedly contains Israeli plans for a potential retaliatory strike on Iran.

The documents reportedly detail recent movements of advanced munitions at Israeli Air Force bases and military exercises involving fighter jets and drones, believed to be part of Israel's preparations for a response to Iran's October 1 missile attack.

The US Department of Defense and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence have not commented on the authenticity of the documents, though neither agency has denied their existence. Israeli officials have taken the leak seriously, acknowledging the potential damage to operational readiness and intelligence-sharing partnerships.

The breach comes at a critical time as tensions between Israel and Iran escalate. Israeli leaders have signaled their intention to respond forcefully to Iran's missile attack, but the leaked documents could give Tehran advanced knowledge of Israel's military strategy.
