Paul Pogba: Premier League clubs make decision on signing ex-Man United star

Paul Pogba is unlikely to join a Premier League club when he returns to football, sources have told Football Insider.

The 31-year-old midfielder has had his four-year ban from football reduced, but he is not expected to play for Juventus again when he is legally allowed to get back onto the pitch.

The World Cup winner was initially banned for four years after testing positive for DHEA, a substance that promotes the production of testosterone in the body.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Pogba will not play for Juventus again as his contract is set to be terminated by mutual consent.

However, the former Man United midfielder is also not expected to go back to the Premier League either.

Sources tell Football Insider that the ending to his United career has meant that there aren't many Premier League clubs looking at him, despite the fact he will be a free agent.

Paul Pogba will be playing somewhere other than Juventus

The central midfielder is also not interested in returning to England and right now, his main focus is just to get back to playing football after so long on the sidelines.

The France international can resume training in January and will be eligible to play football again in March.

There is interest in his services from teams in the MLS and the Saudi Pro League, but it currently remains unclear where he will be making his return.
