According to a report by Bild journalist Sten Hornig, Arsenal is facing increased competition from Manchester United and Manchester City in their pursuit of highly-rated Slovenian striker Benjamin Šeško.
The Gunners have been long-time admirers of the talented forward, and they made a serious attempt to sign him during the last transfer window. However, despite Arsenal's best efforts to bring him to the Emirates, Šeško decided to remain at RB Leipzig, where he felt he could continue his development in a more consistent environment.
Though the North London club was disappointed by his decision, they did not pursue any alternative strikers in the market. This clearly signals their intention to reignite their interest in the 20-year-old next summer when they hope to land their desired target.
The Gunners believe that the time Šeško spends developing in the Bundesliga will only enhance his potential, making him an even more attractive acquisition by the time the next window opens.

Bild journalist Sten Hornig confirmed the growing interest in Šeško, stating in an interview with Tuttojuve: "In addition to the market value of over €75m, which is probably difficult to reach for an Italian club, the biggest difficulties will come from Premier League clubs that want to get serious next summer. I'm referring to Manchester City, Manchester United, and Arsenal, who are among the teams that continue to monitor him the most."
