Despite being one of the team's most influential players, Vinicius Junior's on-field behaviour has become a source of concern for Ancelotti and his teammates.
Vinicius has enjoyed an impressive start to the season, scoring three goals and adding six assists in all competitions, but his frequent yellow cards and aggressive style have raised eyebrows.
Ancelotti has reportedly held talks with the Brazilian to address these concerns, but the discussions have not yielded the desired results, as reported by Sport.
"The rules have changed and we have to get used to them. We have to avoid the protests and so on. This is neither fair nor unfair. We have to adapt to it and that's it," Ancelotti said.
Vinicius, who is the favourite to win the Ballon d'Or, has become the second most-booked player in La Liga this season after just seven games.
Not only this, Ancelotti is concerned that Vinicius's attitude is beginning to impact the rest of his squad as other players have started picking up 'unnecessary' bookings.
Ancelotti's team have picked up 15 yellow cards and received one sending-off in the 24/25 La Liga season so far, and this is something the Italian gaffer is not pleased with.
