Lord's Chosen members worship in flooded pothole, sparks outrage

In the video, male and female congregants of the Lord's Chosen church, identifiable by their signature aprons were seen standing in ankle-deep, dirty water inside a large pothole.

Some members sing hymns, using a public address system to amplify their voices, while others enthusiastically clap along. Bystanders watch in shock as the group continues their praise session in the middle of the muddy, traffic-laden street.

The clip has since gone viral, generating heated discussion among Nigerians online.

One user wrote, "This is not evangelism, this is madness. How can they think standing in dirty water on a busy road is the way to spread their message?"

Another commenter noted, "They are bringing awareness, but to what? The pothole or the church? This is dangerous for both the worshippers and road users."

Bettybutter of the goodlife said: "Even the pastor no go try this thing 😂😂 Fela talk am pastor Dey enjoy members Dey suffer."
