Cristiano Ronaldo is now set to work with a new manager, after Al Nassr decided to sack Luis Castro on Tuesday.
Castro was dismissed after the Saudi Pro League side began the new season with two draws from their first three fixtures.
"Club has officially decided to terminate the contractual relationship with the first team coach, Mr. Luis Castro.
"We appreciate all the efforts he made with Nassr, and wish him success," Al-Nassr wrote on X.
Ex-AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli is their 'main candidate' to take over after talks over a proposed move to Al-Ittihad collapsed.
