Former AC Milan manager Fabio Capello has warned Atalanta that selling Ademola Lookman could derail the team's chances of winning silverware this season.
Lookman scored a hat-trick as La Dea defeated Bayer Leverkusen 3-0 in the final of the UEFA Europa League in May.
The 27-year-old has been named Atalanta's best player for the past two seasons.
The Nigeria international has been linked with a move to Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal in recent days.
The pacy winger missed Gian Piero Gasperini's side's Serie A clash with Leece on Monday after boycotting training following the approach from PSG.
Lookman, however, returned to training with his teammates on Thursday and is expected to feature in this weekend's clash with Torino.
Capello advised Atalanta to keep hold of Lookman and other top stars.
"If Koopmeiners and Lookman leave after injuries to Scamacca and Scalvini, it would be tough for Gasperini," Capello was quoted by La Gazzetta dello Sport.
