Chelsea Football Club has completed the deal for Portugese forward, Joao Felix.
News of the arrival of the former Athletico Madrid player was first published by Italian Journalist, Fabrizio Romano, on Monday.
The fee for the Felix transfer is said to be around 38m Euros.
The contract for the player runs until June 2030 with an option for a further year.
Medical tests for the player have now been booked by the London side within the next 2days.
News of the signing comes minutes after Chelsea also agreed, again, the departure of Conor Gallagher to Athletico Madrid.
The two deals have always been connected even as Chelsea dropped out of an earlier agreement to sign Athleti striker, Samu Omorodion.
The move will mark a second return for the Portugese Felix, after haven worn the blue jersey of Chelsea years back, albeit on loan.
The player spent last season on loan at Spanish side, FC Barcelona.
