MAL VS RMD: How Real Madrid Could Lineup with Mbappe, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Bellingham And Valverde

Fresh off their UEFA Super Cup victory, Real Madrid will kick off their 2024-25 La Liga season with an away match at Estadi Mallorca Son Moix on Sunday night.

Last season, Real Madrid, the Spanish champions, finished 10 points ahead of their closest rivals, Barcelona. Meanwhile, newly promoted Mallorca managed to secure a 15th-place finish, just seven points clear of relegation.

In their 2-0 Super Cup win against Atalanta BC, Real Madrid's new signing Kylian Mbappé scored on his debut, and Jude Bellingham impressed in a deeper midfield role. With the addition of Mbappé and Endrick, Real Madrid are expected to be strong contenders for both La Liga and the Champions League this season.

Despite a challenging pre-season, where they lost to AC Milan and Barcelona before defeating Chelsea, Real Madrid have shown resilience. They started slowly against Atalanta but improved significantly in the second half.

Real Madrid dominated La Liga last season, amassing 95 points from 38 matches and losing only once. They also had the best attack, scoring 87 goals, and the strongest defense, conceding just 26. A strong start to the season is crucial as they prepare to defend their title, beginning with matches against Real Valladolid and Las Palmas.
