CHE 1-1 INT: Check Out The Worst Players For Chelsea In The Pre-Season Friendly Game

In Chelsea's pre-season friendly against Inter Milan, the Blues managed a 1-1 draw, but not all players were at their best. Despite moments of promise, several key figures underperformed.

Robert Sanchez, who started in goal, had a shaky performance. Although he could do little to prevent Inter's opening goal, his distribution and composure on the ball left much to be desired. Sanchez appeared nervy at times, failing to instill confidence in Chelsea's backline, a concerning sign as he vies for the starting spot with new signing Filip Jorgensen.

Levi Colwill also had a challenging evening. Tasked with marking Marcus Thuram, Colwill lost his man for Inter's goal, which proved costly. Additionally, he showed signs of frustration, clashing off the ball with Inter's Francesco Acerbi. While Colwill almost redeemed himself by hitting the post after the break, his defensive lapses and hot-headedness highlighted areas for improvement.

Enzo Fernandez, who captained the side, struggled to influence the game from midfield. The Argentine midfielder, who has been looking to move past recent controversies, lacked creativity and failed to control the tempo of the game. His performance will likely raise questions about his place in Chelsea's starting lineup, especially with new signings pushing for spots.

Mykhailo Mudryk's struggles continued, as the Ukrainian winger once again failed to make a significant impact. Although he showed brief flashes of energy and potential, Mudryk's final product was lacking. His confidence appeared low, and he struggled to convert his dribbling and pace into meaningful opportunities. Mudryk's form will be a concern for Chelsea, as they look for more consistency from the young talent.

Substitutes Moises Caicedo and Raheem Sterling also failed to impress after coming on. Caicedo, expected to bolster Chelsea's midfield, did little to influence the game, while Sterling was largely anonymous, unable to contribute effectively to the attack.
