Manchester United are close to making their latest signing in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have been active this summer in strengthening their squad and adding quality players.
They have so far signed striker Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna and defender Leny Yoro from Lille but more players are expected to arrive at Old Trafford.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League giants are getting closer to completing the signing of former Arsenal attacker Chido Obi-Martin.
The club has everything agreed with the attacker and it is only a matter of time when the highly-rated young striker becomes the latest Man United signing.
In conversation with GiveMeSport, Romano said:
"Yeah, I think it's going to be soon, but I don't know when they will announce. With the youngsters, it always takes some time with the Premier League process and all that kind of stuff. So when it's going to be official, I don't know but everything is going to be signed very soon because everything is agreed."
The signing of Obi-Martin is a huge statement from the Red Devils, who convinced the striker to join the club over staying at Arsenal.
Even Bayern Munich were interested in landing the prolific attacker but the striker felt that he could have an easier path to first team football at Old Trafford and that is why he decided to join them.
Man United have no intention to stop their transfer business
The Red Devils have lost Anthony Martial this summer and they have added two attackers after his departure; Zirkzee and Obi-Martin.
Their transfer business is not going to end with that signing as manager Erik ten Hag is chasing two of his former players in Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui.
After the arrival of Sir Jim Ratcliffe as the new co-owner of the club, the Red Devils have shown intent in the market to make some big signings.
