"With Difficulty Comes Ease" is a drama which depicts the power of love and friendship and the issues that religion and cultural practices pose in society. The movie sees a young lady who weaves her path through the complex challenges of life after losing her husband. Directed by Korede Azeez, the film stars Uzoamaka Aniunoh, Michelle Dede, Ummi Aisha Baba-Ahmed and Caleb Richards. It was released on the streaming platform Prime Video.

"The Betrayed" movie focuses on a couple, Amarachi and her husband, who was arrested for murdering his girlfriend. Dazed and confused, Amarachi's perfect world unravels when she discovers that all she'd known was not what it seemed. It is written by Tosan Ayanfolu and Chinaza Onuzo. The film stars Gabriel Afolayan, Uche Montana, Jemima Osunde, Adunni Ade, Stephanie Zibili, Ibrahim Suleiman, and Vine Olugu. It was released in cinemas across Nigeria.

Set to be released on Prime Videos after being first released across cinemas nationwide in May, "Criminal" will explicitly detail a day in the lives of an ex-criminal and his gang as they hold a hospital and all its residents hostage, demanding that a doctor and her co-workers rescue the life of his younger brother who has been mortally wounded. The film is directed by Dolapo Adigun, written by Niyi Akinmolayan and stars Funlolar Aofiyebi-Raimi, Chuks Joseph, Gbubemi Ejeye, Bryan Okoye, Uzor Arukwe, Segun Arinze, Og Tega, and Obehi Aburime.

"Move Like A Boss" is directed by Ekene Son Mekwunye and stars Nollywood actors like Nancy Isime, Moyo Lawal, Denrele Edun, Tope Olowoniyan, Yemi Solade, and Victor Osuagwu. The movie will be released in Nigerian cinemas.

Netflix Acquires Kayode Kasem's Movie, 'Something Like Gold

Directed by Kayode Kasum, the movie tells the story of a wealthy woman who discovers love after being jilted by an ex-lover. Scarred by her previous lover, she learns how to trust, open her heart and allow herself to fall in love once again. "Something Like Gold" premiered in cinemas across Nigeria in September 2023, starring Teniola Aladese, Timini Egbuson, Tope Olowoniyan, Patrick Doyle, Kunle Remi, Broda Shaggi, and Segun Arinze.

  1. Force Empire (August 23)

The film tells the story of DCP Mfon, who takes it upon herself to bring the perpetrator to justice; fueled with anger and vengeance, she vows to expose the identities of the corrupt officers serving in the Nigerian Police Force (NPF). The film is set to star multiple A-list Nollywood actors such as Mercy Aigbe, Richard Mofe Damijo, Segun Arinze, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Kunle Coker, Tony Umez, Sonny McDon, Richard Johnson, and Aniebiet Francis. The "Force Empire" is set to be released in cinemas across Nigeria on August 23.

"Tokunbo" is a crime-thriller genre which sees a former car smuggler struggle to deliver an abducted young girl. The film highlights crime in Nigeria as it heavily focuses on topics such as kidnapping, political mobs, and the need for survival in such a country. The movie's cast includes Gideon Okeke, Adunni Ade, Tosin Adeyemi, Darasimi Nnadi, and Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi and will be released in cinemas.

Kananyo, Segun Arinze, Jidekene Achufusi, Moet Abebe, Crazy Clown, Mike Ezuruonye, Lemuel Asena, Emeka Golden, and Omini Aho.
