Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta

Arsenal's final position in the Premier League table next season has been predicted by a supercomputer. The Gunners are currently preparing for the new campaign, which begins at home to Wolves on August 17.

Before then, Arsenal will travel to the United States for a series of friendly fixtures later this month, including games against Bournemouth, Manchester United and Liverpool, before returning to England for games against Bayer Leverkusen and Lyon.

Mikel Arteta will be assessing his squad throughout pre-season ahead of the new top-flight campaign. The Arsenal boss will also be hoping that new signings will be made before the season begins.

The Gunners are yet to make any new signings this summer, but there is plenty of time for that to change. With the new season just a few weeks away, a supercomputer has attempted to predict the final Premier League standings.

Grosvenor Sport have used a supercomputer to predict how the top-flight standings will look at the end of the 2024/25 season. The prediction believes that Arsenal will finish in second place in the Premier League table with 86 points.

The Gunners are tipped to finish eight points behind Manchester City, who are predicted to win the league title for a fifth consecutive season. Liverpool are tipped to finish third, six points behind Arsenal, while Manchester United are the team predicted to complete the top four places.

Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a seventh-placed prediction with the table. Chelsea are tipped to finish fifth and narrowly miss out on the Champions League places, depending on the UEFA coefficient standings, while Aston Villa are sixth.

Nottingham Forest, Wolves and Ipswich Town are the three clubs that have been predicted to be relegated to the Championship this season.

It is going to be an interesting summer at the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal look to make changes and give Mikel Arteta the squad to overhaul Manchester City and win the Premier League title.
