The 23-year-old Bayer Leverkusen star, and his 21-year-old Norwegian girlfriend, Rikke Hermine Jensen, have jetted off to Greece for a well-deserved holiday, Pulse Sports reports.

The young couple decided to unwind after a historic debut season in the Bundesliga.

Boniface enjoyed a stellar debut season in Germany, helping Bayer Leverkusen, under the tutelage of Xabi Alonso, to their first-ever Bundesliga title.

Boniface's remarkable performance earned him the prestigious Bundesliga Rookie of the Season award and Bayer's unbeaten run to the title has also seen Boniface's stocks spike up to become the most valuable Nigerian footballer in the world, as per CIES Observatory.

Days after celebrating her 21st birthday, Rikke Hermine Jensen has taken to social media to share glimpses of their romantic getaway on her Instagram page.

In a recent clip captioned: "Little Baecation", she flaunted her bikini-clad look as the couple enjoyed the sun and sea in Greece.

With the season behind them, Boniface and Jensen are making the most of their summer break, creating memories in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world.

Pulse Sports earlier first reported that the 23-year-old Super Eagles forward and his girlfriend have been together for more than five years.

The Nigeria international has continued maintain a low profile about their relationship since his switch to Leverkusen last year.
