Nigeria's head coach Randy Waldrum has named his final 18-player Super Falcons squad for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics.
Waldrum has selected a strong roster led by captain Rasheedat Ajibade, goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, defender Osinachi Ohale, and star striker Asisat Oshoala.

Other notable inclusions are defenders Oluwatosin Demehin and Michelle Alozie, midfielders Deborah Abiodun, Halimatu Ayinde, Christy Ucheibe and Toni Payne, as well as forwards Esther Okoronkwo, Chinwendu Ihezuo and Uchenna Kanu.
Three additional players - Gift Monday, Opeyemi Ajakaye, and Cynthia Aku have been listed as alternate players by the Super Falcons boss.
Nigeria, who are making their first Olympic appearance since 2008, have been drawn into a challenging group against Brazil, Spain, and Japan.
Their campaign kicks off on July 25 against Brazil in Bordeaux, followed by matches against Spain on July 28 and Japan on July 31 in Nantes.
The Super Falcons are aiming to capture their first-ever Olympic medal, having never progressed beyond the group stage in their previous two appearances in 2000 and 2008.
