Following the ongoing political drama in Rivers State, Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Samuel Nwanosike has informed Rivers State governor, Siminalayi Fubara that he will soon be faced with the repercussion of every unlawful act that he allegedly carried out against the people of Ikwerre local government area in the state.
Recall that some youths in Rivers State had yesterday, chased away Pro-Wike local government chairmen and also took control of the Obio-Akpor council headquarters, following their tenure expiration.
And so Samuel Nwanosike in reaction to such event, stated during a press interview which was uploaded on his official X account few hours ago, that the people of Obio-Akpor supported Governor Siminalayi Fubara during the 2023 Governorship election but he has decided to do them bad, adding that nothing in the world can intimidate an Ikwerre man.
Speaking further, Samuel Nwanosike accused governor Siminalayi Fubara and his Chief of Staff of hiring cultists and criminals to be attacking Local Government chairman in the state, adding that the Nigerian Police should redeploy Deputy Inspector Generals (DIGs) to the state.
Speaking to Governor Siminalayi Fubara, Samuel Nwanosike then mentioned that;
"You might have immunity today but don't forget few months from now, the current governor of Edo State will become a former governor. Every crime you committed against Ikwerre people, every life you destroyed, every property you destroyed, everything you do, you will face the reaction at the appropriate time one after the other."
