FIFA Ranking: Nigeria's Super Falcons Retain Top Spot in Africa

Nigeria's Super Falcons have maintained their dominance in African women's football, retaining their top spot on the continent and 36th position globally in the latest FIFA women's ranking.

On the African stage, South Africa's Banyana Banyana trail closely behind the Super Falcons, ranked second in Africa and 51st globally.

Morocco's Atlas Lionesses follows in third place in Africa and 56th position worldwide.

On the global scene, Spain's La Roja is the number one team in the world, with France's Les Bleues moving up to second place. England has dropped to third, while Germany has overtaken the United States to claim the fourth spot.

The next FIFA/Coca-Cola Women's World Ranking is scheduled for release on August 16, 2024.
