After a disappointing season, Chelsea will be looking to change their form coming next season. The Blues failed to qualify for UEFA Europa league despite finishing 6 in the Premier League standings. This was after Manchester United beat Manchester City. Chelsea will now play in the Europa Conference league come next season. With that in mind the club has undertaken a lot of changes, first was appointing a new head coach, Enzo Maresca. After that the club looks to being in new players who will be potentially add more talent to the squad.
Today the Blues are looking to sign Aston Villa player Jhon Duran on a 42 million euro deal. Chelsea have been in the market to sign a new centre forward and Duran could be a potential signing. Nickolas Jackson, who finished with 17 goals has not delivered as expected from the club's standards. According to Duran's agent he is looking for a move away from Aston Villa as he is unhappy at the club.
