I Hardly Listen to Some of These TV stations; Some of Them Can Never Say Anything Good-Nysesom Wike

In a video posted by TVC, Nyesom Wike, the Minister of FCT, dismissed criticism from certain television stations over his recent "take a bow" gesture. While commissioning newly constructed roads in the Central Area, Wike expressed his disdain for some TV stations, stating that they never report positively.

He specifically referenced their criticism of his gesture, where he called out permanent secretaries to take a bow, which they deemed humiliating. Wike urged the people to be grateful to the president for including them in his administration.

According to him, "It's an honour to be called out to take a bow, but to tell you that human beings can never. This morning, of course, I hardly listen to some of these television stations. Some of them can never say anything good. They were criticising, 'How will you call people who are permanent secretaries at their level to come and take a bow?'"
