Feyenoord sensation and Manchester United target Santiago Gimenez has said 'yes' to a move to the Premier League in the summer it has been claimed
It has been no secret in the media over the past few months that Man United are in need of adding a striker to that attack that has the ability to score goals on a weekly basis.
That has led to all sorts of speculation about who the Red Devils could buy and Gimenez is a name that has been mentioned over the past few days after an impressive season for the Dutch side.
Reports from his native Mexico claim that a number of clubs are keen on the striker, despite ex-Feyenoord boss Arne Slot being keen on a reunion at Liverpool, as the Gimenez, 23, prefers a move to the Premier League, having already snubbed AC Milan after 26-goal season
And it has been claimed that a few of just £38 million may be enough to get him all signed up.
He is ready for a move to the Premier League according to reporter Iomie Stanley, he told IcFootballnews: 'The young man is a serious talent - he is a goal-scorer and would offer Erik Ten Hag something different in attack.
'If the likes of Manchester United get Gimenez - he will be a very good signing and he is ready for a massive club like the Red Devils, i believe.
'The Premier League is arguably the toughest League in the world to score goals on a weekly basis, so he will face the challenges of facing some of the best defences in the game, but he is ready.
'And for the money that is being talked about, he could be a real transfer bargain guys.'
