Former Everton and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has admitted he wishes he played for Celtic during his career.
Rooney revealed this during an interview with former teammate Gary Neville on The Overlap.
The newly appointed Plymouth manager says it is a source of regret.
Neville asked Rooney: "The club you wish you played for in your career?"
He replied: "Celtic, I'd say."
Neville, surprised by the answer, responded: "Celtic? Wow. Celtic fans, you missed out there."
